Single-vehicle wreck on Interstate 565 injures Madison woman

Kim Albright for The Huntsville Times reports that Madison woman is in serious condition after a single-vehicle crash on I-565 at Jordan Lane.
The wreck happened just before 4 p.m. Friday, when the driver lost control and flipped the vehicle several times.
Don Webster, chief operating officer for HEMSI, said 52-year-old Bonita Burch was taken to Huntsville Hospital Trauma Services by paramedics. Police are still investigating how the wreck happened. Traffic westbound on I-565 was snarled for more than a half hour as a result of the accident.
